Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026. We want every Sefa purchase to meet your expectations. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return eligibility

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, uncut, and free from damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Fabric or products that have been cut, altered, or used
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Opened gift packages (unless the item inside is defective)

3. Defective or incorrect orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.

4. How to request a return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide return instructions.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
