Sefa Fabrics is a Ghana-based online retailer operating from Accra. We sell premium African fabrics, menswear, womenswear, beaded accessories, and curated gift packages through our website at sefafabrics.com.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed on our website to the best of our ability. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that colours will appear identically on all screens—particularly for hand-dyed and handwoven fabrics. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Orders and payment
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when payment is successfully processed through our secure payment provider, NexuzPay. You will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information, with a full refund where payment has been taken.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Ghana and ship internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return and refund procedures are set out in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Sefa Fabrics and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sefa Fabrics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts in Ghana.
